John Chak is always dependable, honest, and does fantastic work. We don't even consider anybody else if we have a car that needs to be repaired. He does not take advantage of people. He fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to find a bunch of unnecessary repairs.

11-16-12 Repaired tlr wheels as described and as expected and ON TIME ! Changed oil on P/U and gave me GOOD advise as to not changing plugs at this time. Also advised against adding a "gadget/chip " to improve gas mileage. With my particular engine nothing will improve the MPG> HE solved an electrical problem by changing fuses instead of running up an unnecessary repair job. I APPRECIATE THAT KIND OF INTEGRITY lOU kEATING

Called Friday morning about tensioner pulley not turning. Mike called back before lunch to say parts would be in after lunch. Drove van to Chak's at 1:30 and the van was ready to go at 2:30. Thanks for your prompt attention to my problem.

I am a wholesale car dealers which means I purchase vehicles from auction, fix them and sell them back to dealers. I rarely purchase a vehicle with less than 100,000 miles so every car I purchase needs numerous repairs prior to being ready to sell. Jonchak and his team do a great job of efficiently diagnosing and repairing my vehicles at an affordable price. I cannot afford to pay retail prices at repair shops and unnecessary repairs drive me crazy. Jonchak is a quality repair shop.
