I appreciated the service, but most of all the honesty. I was facing the possibility of a $1,500 repair, but after driving my car and further inspecting it on the rack, I was told that I could avoid this repair, at least for the time being. This was good news, for sure. What started out as the possibility of a $1,500 repair ended up costing my under $90. I don't ever mind paying for a necessary repair, but I generally have no way of knowing if a repair is absolutely necessary except on the word of the mechanic. Honest, open, fair mechanics are few and far between. I appreciate the honesty at John Chak's.
