My Buick's starter failed at a Sherman grocery. I called Mike at John Chak's & asked him to arrange a wrecker which arrived in less than 25 minutes, hustled me and my vehicle to Chak's and unloaded it into a bay. Anthony had the failed starter off in short order and installed the replacement upon it's arrival at the shop. Great service.

I have used Chak Automotive several times and every single time I have been more than happy with the services rendered and the costs. I don't know about you but, in this day and time, it is hard to even get someone on the phone-they answer every time during their business hours. They also act like they appreciate your business and will go the extra step to make sure you are happy with their services. I have not had to find out if they stand behind their work because I have not had anything go wrong they have fixed but feel sure this would not be a problem. I would highly recommend Chak Automotive for all your car repair needs.
