Caddy was repaired the same day left at Chak's. Cost was very reasonable. So far the repair is working fine. Needless to say I feel I made the right decision on where to take my vehicle for repairs.

Made the appointment for wheel alignment with Mike on Tuesday, scheduled for next day 0845. Arrived 5 minutes early, work completed in about :40. Mike and I review my 13 month previous alignment report compared with today's report, paid John Chak's Automotive and was out of there perfectly satisfied thereafter.

My car broke down on my way from Dallas to Arkansas, fortunately it was here. I got fast friendly honest service. They got me back on the road in time to make my appt. I highly recommend this place to the locals and anyone who happens to break down in Denison.
