I was out of town on the weekend and my car would not start. I had the tow truck driver leave my car at John Chak's. I was able to send them an email on Sunday and spoke to someone first thing Monday morning. Everyone was so nice and friendly....but best of all, the repair was minor! Great price! Great service! Awesome place!

I routinely make appointments for an oil change and the guys are always very prompt....I never have to wait too long. I had also just recently gotten my new vehicle registration sticker and the guys removed the old sticker and applied the new sticker for me.

Great service. Came in with my vehicle having a death wobble down the hwy about 130. They had it diagnosed and out the door by days end.....on a Friday no less. Kept me from being down for the weekend
