Took my SUV in for what I thought was a rear suspension noise and it turned out to be a lose tire jack. Another car repair shop told me I needed new struts but since I had replaced struts about 2 years ago I got a 2nd opinion from Chaks Automotive. Got the problem fixed with minimum outlay and they even took me out for a test drive to make sure all was good.

I was out of town on the weekend and my car would not start. I had the tow truck driver leave my car at John Chak's. I was able to send them an email on Sunday and spoke to someone first thing Monday morning. Everyone was so nice and friendly....but best of all, the repair was minor! Great price! Great service! Awesome place!

I routinely make appointments for an oil change and the guys are always very prompt....I never have to wait too long. I had also just recently gotten my new vehicle registration sticker and the guys removed the old sticker and applied the new sticker for me.
