Excellent staff! Very helpful and quick to complete vehicle repairs. Have used them in the past for leaks under the hood, and most recently used them for a bigger job replacing thermostat housing. Will continue to use them in the future.

Fuel pump went out of my Granddaughters 2002 Ford Focus. Had it towed to their shop that evening and it was ready in two days. Great people, great work and runs like a new car now.

I've never been disappointed by the work they've done on my vehicles.

I was totally blown away with John Chak's Automotive. Icame in and told them that I REALLY needed a repair as I was going out of town to St. Louis. My windshield washer pump had died and I needed a new one. They got right on it and after about an hour and many calls, they found one and It would be arriving that evening, and they would get it the morning. The next morning they called and said they had it, and to come on out and they would put in the new one. So off I go, the repair took about an hour. I was good to go! I was impressed by the office staff for their work in finding one, and their general concern in solving the problem. A shout out to the mechanics there also. Top notch! I would recommend John Chak's Automotive for vehicle service.

My wife and I finally found someone we can trust and rely on to fix our it so hard to find someone that you can trust i thank God that we discovered john and his team of Denison Auto Repair great service what i like about them they shoot straight from the hip no beating around the bush we will always be a customer and i would recommend anyone to this place of business. Honest folks. They go out of their way to diagnose, get the parts, service the car and have you out as soon as possible. As a single gal, I rely on John Chak's for keeping my older model car on the road and they do a great job of watching out for me and my routine service needs.

I am all girl when it comes to cars so I appreciate the honesty and integrity I can rely upon with entire crew at John Chak's….such a comfort! I live fairly close so if my service is going to take awhile, John gives me a ride home so I don't have to wait at the shop (how kind). Wouldn't go anywhere else.....these are my car peeps :)
