The service and performance was beyond expectation! There honest diagnosis did not require some service I had asked for. The service that they did perform, the charges where more than reasonable. I've been going to Chaks Auto care for over five years every time was A positive experience.

I had issues with my 2014 F150 dying while driving down the highway that other places said they could not diagnose unless it was throwing a code. John told me that they might not need a code to fix it. I was worried that maybe no one could figure it out. As it turns out, John and his team discovered a burnt fuse block. There was a replacement part that I guess bypassed the burnt fuse. To my surprise they figured it out in one afternoon, ordered the part and had the truck ready the next day. Thanks to John and his team for fixing my truck and giving me piece of mind that it would no longer die while driving on the highway.
